Maybe a rise in access to diagnoses and interactions among those suffering to bring greater awareness, but I think the levels are still moderately the same.

I think for many it has indeed however for me I find it relaxing and I love to tinker with sites and servers.

Yes, if you use technology in an excessive manner possibly. Another way it can effect you is from cyber bullying or harassment from others. This is where mental health issues start to set in unfortunately. People don’t realise their actions have consequences for the other person
